3monkeys print & design, LLC does not share your information with anyone.

The only exceptions to this policy are when we refer customers to you, under your express permission. We will not sell your information or use your information to profit from outside entities.

Images that we design are done with the understanding that when the order is complete and paid for, you own the rights to them. We will retain copies for archival purposes. We may use your purchased images for personal use or advertisement, with your permission and in compliance with your wishes.

Order form / Contact info -

When you click on the 'Download PDF Form' link, it downloads a dynamic PDF® form to your temp file. You then fill out the form directly on your computer in your browser.

None of your information is shared across the internet until you hit send. The information you supply is then emailed directly to our inboxes.

The required information on this form is: your name, a contact phone number and a valid email along with a brief description of what you are looking to have us do for you.

As per our privacy policy the only use of this information will be to contact you. You will only be contacted by a member of our staff and only to go over details of your order.
